Science confirms benefits of Outdoor Training
A systematic review carried out by various Universities including the Peninsula College of Medicine released recently have shown that there are major benefits to mental and physical well being from taking exercise in the natural environment. These studies have also found that people exercising outdoors were more likely to repeat and stay with their exercise regime. Step into Life, Australia’s leading outdoor group personal training have found similar trends with their membership. According to Step into Life’s Managing Director, Larry Cohen, they have found that the mixture of group support and outdoor training have strongly contributed to their growth in membership and franchise retention.
