My Step into Life experience with my trainer Craig at West Pennant Hills started a few months before my wedding back in 2009, when my wife decided
we both needed to shed a few kilos before the big day.
It’s fair to say that I then enjoyed post-wedding life a little too much, with next to no exercise for a whole year!! My wife eventually convinced
me to return to Step into Life and I have been a permanent fixture at sessions ever since.
I have achieved quite a bit during my Step into Life journey – lost over 30 kilos, completed numerous fun runs and a couple of half marathons and
prioritised things to ensure I have the right life-work balance.
What makes me keep coming back for more is the fact that every day/drill is different and Craig is always raising the benchmark and pushing all
of us to overcome new challenges.
