What’s “Awesome” about Mawson Lakes Step into Life is it's members, trainers and the venue.

Without exception we have a lot of fun whilst training. We accept, support and encourage each and every member to aim high and achieve their own goals. To quote Yasmin “We’re a Lean Mean Outdoor Machine.”

The trainers Craig and Kimberly keep us motivated by ensuring training is varied and challenging using their knowledge and all the facilities of our great venue.

Back in 2005 I realised that excessive working hours, being overweight and unfit was a downward spiral with only one outcome. After trimming down a bit and taking up running again I joined Mawson Lakes Step into Life in January 2010 as it was an outdoor venue and provided an overall body fitness approach.

Many years on my commitment to my health via Step into Life has resulted in me having a great outlook on life, still enjoying having fun at training with great members and competing in road and trail running events.

My ultimate goal is to still be fit and active in mind and body when I am 100. Mawson Lakes Step into Life is the path to that success.
