I joined SIL in 2002 after a much needed change from the BORING gym routine!!

The idea of training outdoors was very appealing, as was the variety of exercise classes offered throughout the week.

The trainers coordinate the classes with such enthusiasm and passion, and encouraged everyone to push themselves that little bit harder.

I have now been with Step into Life for 14 years, and I feel 14 years younger, fitter, stronger, and most of all have made some great friendships along the way.
