10,000 points at Step into Life

I started at Step into Life Ivanhoe nearly 10 years ago. I didn't tell friends I started Step into Life as I was never into exercise or gyms and didn’t really know what to expect. However, it soon became part of my life. It is now such a habit that if I miss a few sessions through sickness or holidays, I can't wait to start again.

I noticed I had much more energy and I'm able to achieve a lot more. Exercise is such a great stress relief and it is great to have a chat and a laugh at the end of the day with the other members.

I keep motivated as I enjoy seeing the other great members of the Ivanhoe Step into Life group. I have made many friendships through the years. They are a great group of people who all support each other. Plus I’m always worried that the trainers will come over and knock on the door to see why I haven’t come to session. :)

I would like to thank all the trainers I have had over the years as without their help and encouragement, I would never had been able to keep going. They make the sessions fun and by varying the sessions, you never get bored.
