I started with Step into Life Yarraville in early 2008 with the aim of improving my overall fitness.Over the years I have had a number of different fitness goals, such as completing numerous events and fun-runs.

 

Over the years Tess and all of the Step into Life Yarraville members have been a constant source of inspiration and motivation. Everyone at Step into Life Yarraville has made the training sessions enjoyable (no matter how hard they are).
