10,000 points at Step into Life
I joined Step Into Life Mitchell Park in August 2009 to further improve my health and fitness, something I had started 2-3 years earlier with walking,
following a health check.
Since then my health and fitness has improved dramatically, along with regaining my long lost endurance running capacity I had when I was at school.
I enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement that comes from training in a group.
It is also great to have my trainer Kerrie to push me and hold me to account in my training.
With this I have steadily increased the distance of my running from doing 5 to 10 km events to now doing ultra-marathon trail events, including 2017 Heysen
