10,000 points at Step into Life
I joined Step into Life West Pennant Hills in September, 2009 and now have made it to “10,000 legend points.” It has been an amazing experience, full of fitness and
most importantly fun.
I have come a long way in making it to the magic 10,000. When I first started I couldn’t do a sit-up, a push or didn’t even know what most of the exercises
we do are and most certainly never did any running. In the past seven years I have done some amazing things, such as endurit challenges, fun-runs,
many city2surfs, two half marathons and a couple of tough mudders.
I have been able to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle since joining Step into Life with the help and encouragement of my trainers. They have motivated me to achieve a fitness level that I really never even thought about or knew
The best part of SIL is the friends I have made. I truly enjoy going to class and catching up with everyone and having a laugh. I have met the most amazing
people and have watched many of them reach their fitness goals and achieve their own challenges. We have had many bush-walks, coastal walks, fun runs,
weekends away, beach fitness sessions, coffees, breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the years that I have been with Step into Life and they have been
the best fun.
Thanks to Craig and Bron and all my buddies at Step into Life West Pennant Hills I have enjoyed reaching my 10,000 points with you and I look forward to you all reaching your Legend status.
