Training Club Legend

How do you achieve ‘legendary’ status at Step into Life? A member who accrues 10,000 Training Club points has reached the pinnacle of Step into Life Training Club – these members are our ‘Legends’.

On average, they have completed 1000 sessions. They have trained hard through rain, hail and shine, and through life’s sometimes unpredictable events; they’ve trained on grounds damp with morning dew and under a canopy of stars,, their PBs have been smashed, and smashed again and again. They are the fabric that keeps the team together and motivated, serving their team mates as a great source of inspiration, as a role model and mentor. They deserve our respect as they have gone above and beyond for their own health and fitness but also supporting others along their journey.

Training Club Legend Hall of Fame

Let’s celebrate our Training Club Legends, for their courage and their determination.

I joined Step into Life ten years ago last month and am amazed at how time flies when you are having fun. I began with the view that I needed to get a little bit fitter but I only wanted to attend toning classes, no cardio.

I walked a lot before joining Step into Life but that was as much...

I joined the team at Step into Life Fulham Gardens in July 2013. At the time, I was just looking to try something different. I had been wanting to play a team sport again but I hadn’t found anything that had the flexibility of fitting in with working shift work. Step into Life soon became the answer I was looking for. I s...

My journey at Step into Life Albury started 9.5 years ago. My friend called me up at work and she said she'd heard an ad on the radio about a new fitness program held at Noreuil Park and would I be interested in going, I wasn't convinced but because she wanted to go I decided I’d go along too. Don't get me wrong I don't hate ex...

I started at Step into Life Ivanhoe nearly 10 years ago. I didn't tell friends I started Step into Life as I was never into exercise or gyms and didn’t really know what to expect. However, it soon became part of my life. It is now such a habit that if I miss a few sessions through sickness or holidays, I can't wait t...

I joined SIL in 2002 after a much needed change from the BORING gym routine!!

The idea of training outdoors was very appealing, as was the variety of exercise classes offered throughout the week.

The trainers coordinate the classes with such enthusiasm and passion, and encouraged everyone to push themselves that little bi...

What’s “Awesome” about Mawson Lakes Step into Life is it's members, trainers and the venue.

Without exception we have a lot of fun whilst training. We accept, support and encourage each and every member to aim high and achieve their own goals. To quote Yasmin “We’re a Lean Mean Outdoor Machine.”
