Now more than ever, Australians are interested in a career in fitness. Fitness Australia’s, Australian Fitness Industry Report 2012, states that 30,000 exercise professionals are registered in Australia with Fitness Australia and Physical Activity Australia and employment growth is at 7.2%.
But with competition, also comes demand. With over 4 million Australians participating in fitness industry activities and forecasted demand expected to increase to 7.15 million users by 2020, now’s the time more than ever, to work in the fitness industry. You just need to stand out from the crowd.

Our specially designed Group Outdoor Personal Training plans are unique to our brand, with proven results. The large variety of lesson plans means your clients will always be inspired to keep working with you toward their goals.
Franchisees follow a training periodisation 12 month schedule which ensures your clients stay motivated and engaged with the variety that’s on offer.
Our custom built Client Management System (CMS) enables you to track, engage and provide reports on your database from one secure and easy access online platform. With our own internal IT team, Step into Life continues to invest in our CMS and intranet so as to enhance the client and Franchisee experience with Step into Life.
Your franchise investment includes specially developed CMS to assist you to manage every aspect of your business. The dash board will provide you with live statistics on how the Franchise is tracking; who has a birthday coming up; who has achieved amazing milestones and much more, including access to online training, invoicing, database management and advertising collateral.
The extensive Step into Life clothing and exercise equipment range provides you with an additional revenue stream. Your clients can conveniently browse and purchase from the online store. Clients enjoy wearing the Step into Life gear as it gives them a sense of belonging to the team.

Yes, you choose the suburb and we will assist you with demographic studies and research within that suburb. Step into Life will research the most suitable
outdoor training areas within that suburb and show those to you, then handle all of the proposals to the local council on your behalf. Please note
that locations are subject to availability – your State Leader will be able to assist further.
Yes, a Certificate 4 in Personal Training is required as well as a First Aid certificate. If you don’t have these qualifications already, then Step into
Life can assist you with access to various course providers and course scholarships.
Earning potential varies depending on the Franchise operator. Income potential is unlimited and relates to the work ethic of the Franchisee – what you
put into your business is what you will get out of it. The Step into Life goal is for every Franchise is to reach 70 members and the income that will
derive is in excess of $10,000 per month.
After the initial induction training is complete, the support program kicks in with a weekly phone-in for the first 24 weeks to chat about how you are
going, plus fortnightly refresher training. Our Franchise system offers BST – Business Support Training sessions – throughout the year on various topics.
Franchise meetings are also run throughout the year and you are encouraged to call for help at any time and arrange a meeting or a Franchise visit.
Fellow Franchisees are also happy to offer their knowledge and support.
Over 370 pieces of training equipment is included in your set up kit which easily caters for up to 18 members. Also provided location banners for location
set up, plus full Trainer and Corporate uniform.
The training program we offer is based on comprehensive stage learning. It starts with work experience where you will shadow a successful Franchisee. Then
online learning and the induction training program commences which will prepare you for your Franchise launch. During the launch phase, there is a
weekly phone-in for the first 24 weeks to see how you are tracking and on-going training is provided through meetings or phone calls. In addition to
this, there are also our Business Support Training sessions and Master Classes – training sessions on various aspects of the Group Outdoor Personal
