Everybody loves the classic deep fried potato chip, so we have found this new healthy Zucchini chip recipe.
It’s baked not fried so it’s much better for you and you will love the taste.
2 Zucchinis thinly sliced
1 egg white
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
Pink of salt
Combine the egg white and milk into a small mixing bowl, then combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in another small mixing bowl, adding a pink of salt.
Prepare the zucchini sticks by coating them in the liquid mixture then coat them in dry mixture, one at a time.
Place them on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
