Beetroot Dip

During the month of October the McGrath Foundation and Step into Life will “Pink Up The Parks” to raise funds and awareness of this great charity. We will be going Pink on October 10th to help support these great events.

To celebrate we have created this pink recipe, so try this Beetroot dip. Fresh, healthy and perfect for spring. With simple ingredients the whole family with love, it can be enjoyed with vegie sticks or fresh sourdough bread.

Let's make possible that every family experiencing breast cancer has access this specialist service. We are proud to be supporting this amazing cause and look forward to seeing you at our Pink Super Session fundraising events.


1 x 450g can baby beetroot, drained, coarsely chopped

250g (1 cup)  Greek Style Yoghurt

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season


Step 1

Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
