Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Looking for an alternative Christmas treat that’s a healthy option and tastes delish?
Look no further than our choc mint bliss balls!



Ingredients

120g raw cashews
2 tablespoons cacao powder
80g desiccated coconut
50g rice malt syrup, maple syrup or honey (your choice)
1-2 teaspoons natural peppermint extract to taste

 

Method

1. Blitz cashews in a blender until they look like crumbly flour.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Mixture should be a bit crumbly and not too sticky.
3. Roll into balls and then in some extra coconut to coat.
4. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.

Easy!
