Banana Almond Smoothie
Tuesday, November 2013Add flavour to your morning with this refreshing banana and almond smoothie. Quick and easy to whip together, this breakfast substitute will give you the energy you need to power through the day ahead!
- 1 - ½ frozen bananas
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup sweetened vanilla almond milk (or dairy or soy milk with a splash of vanilla extract)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- Honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle and blend honey to adjust sweetness to taste if needed.
