Autumn Chia Pudding

Chia seeds (salvia hispanica) have become one of the most popular super-foods in the health community. They’re easy to digest when prepared properly and a very versatile ingredient that adds easily to recipes. Enjoy!

• ¼ cup chai seeds
• 1 cup milk of choice
• ¼ tsp vanilla essence
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• Kiwi fruit and berries of your choice

1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix together chia seeds, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. If you’re using a mason jar, you can put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine everything.
2. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 4 hours or overnight.
3. When ready to serve, divide the mixture between two glasses, top the pudding with yogurt, kiwi and berries and enjoy.
